Manage your Dashboard
Tap4 Dashboard
The Tap4 dashboard lets you manage your tags and profiles. You can create, edit and delete your profiles. and dynamically assign them to your tags. It looks complicated, but once you get familiarized with it, it´s actually quite simple.
1- Log into your account.
You can log into your account at http://tap4.solutions or by reading one of your active tags and selecting the login button on the bottom right of your screen.
Once you´re logged into your account, you´ll see the dashboard screen where you can find two folders, one with the list of your profiles and the second one with the list of your tags.
2.- My Profile list
There are three columns in the Profiles view. The first one shows the name you gave to your profiles. If you select it, you´ll be directed to the preview page of your profile.
The second column shows the type of profile and the third column shows the Edit button.
You can navigate back to this screen with the home button on the top left of your screen.
You can change the language of the screens or Log out from your account by using the option in the Menu Button on the top right of your screen.
You can add a new profile using the floating "+" button. Note that there is a limit of twice the number of profiles than the number of tags added to your dashboard.
3.- My Tags List.
If you select "My Tags" view, you´ll see the list of the tags that you have added to your account.
Again, you will find three columns in this view. The first one on the left shows the name you assigned to your tag. Under the tag name, there are two elements.
The little Excel icon lets you download a .xlsx file with the history of your tag readings and a counter that shows how many times the tag has been read.
The center column shows the profile assigned to that tag. You can select it to open a preview of the tag reading.
The last button on the right lets you edit, delete or revoke the tag. It lets you switch profiles as well.
4.- Other controls.
Shopping cart. If you don´t have an additional tag and want to purchase one, My Tag list view shows a floating shopping cart button that redirects you to the Tag store where you can order additional tags.
Tap 4 Logo. If you want to visit tap4.ca website this logo redirects you to the main site page.
Help. You can find all the articles showing how to manage your Tap4 account and some tips about the use of NFC technology. To access, click on the "?" sign on your bottom right. Note that this sign replaces the login button when you are signed into your account. If the material included doesn´t show an answer to your specific question, you can create a support ticket on the help page.
